There's no obligation to buy. Shipping is free on all orders to the US over $49 and exchanges are a breeze.

How the VIP Program Works
1. Get a Personalized Fabshop on the 1st of Every Month
Receive new styles handpicked just for you by our stylists each month.

2. Visit Your Fabshop By the 5th of the Month
Log in to your Fabshop and check out your new selections by the 5th of the month. Browse and buy your favorite styles. Each FabKids outfit starts at $29.95 and individual styles start at $14.95.

3. No Obligation to Buy. Just Skip The Month To Avoid A Membership Charge.

Skipping the Month
If you're not ready to make a purchase, simply Skip the Month by the 5th and you will not be charged. You can skip as many months as you'd like.

Membership Charge
If you don't make a purchase or Skip the Month by the 5th, you will be charged $29.95 for a member credit on the 6th. Each member credit can be redeemed toward 1 outfit (or $29.95 worth of individual styles), so use it to shop later.

Can I purchase without becoming a VIP?

Absolutely! However, Non-VIP members will not enjoy the benefits of the VIP Membership, including Reward Points and discounts on outfits and individual items. During the checkout process, simply uncheck the "VIP Membership" box to purchase as a regular member.

What sizes does FabKids offer?

FabKids offer sizes 2-12 in both girls and boys. For additional sizing information, you can check out the size chart: http://www.fabkids.com/chart.htm. Each item will also have sizing details available in the product description.

DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE AN ITEM EVERY MONTH?

No, there is no obligation to buy. We've made it easy to skip any month. Simply visit your Fabshop between the 1st and the 5th of the month and select the Skip This Month option. You won't be charged and no member credit will be generated for you. If you have a change of heart and would like to make a purchase later, you can visit your Fabshop at any time and make a selection even after you've skipped the month. You can only skip the month by visiting your Fabshop; at this time, customers are not able to skip the month via voicemail or email.

We currently ship to the United States, including APO/FPO addresses and P.O. boxes, and Canada.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

All orders $49 or more sent via standard shipping to destinations within the contiguous United States are shipped FREE of charge. Orders under $49 are charged $4.95 for standard shipping. An additional fee of $9 is applied to all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO. All orders shipped to Canada will incur a flat rate charge of $14.95.

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States takes 4-10 business days for delivery. Guaranteed express shipping within the contiguous United States is available for $8.95 per order. Orders shipped using Guaranteed Express to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO are charged the original $9 fee, plus an extra $8.95. Shipping takes 2-3 business days for delivery.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE? CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email so you can track the status of your shipment. If your order is sent via standard shipping, expect it to arrive within 4-10 business days for US addresses. For Canada addresses, expect shipments to arrive within 9-14 days. If your order is sent via Guaranteed Express shipping, expect it to arrive within 2-3 business days. We apologize, but at this time, expedited shipping is not available for Canada. You will also find your order details and tracking information on the Order History tab within the My Account section.

Please note: shipments arriving to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO locations, and Canada may be subject to longer transit times (up to 30 days) due to the carrier or location of station.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

FabKids accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Because all orders are charged in USD, please note your credit card company may charge you a foreign currency transaction fee if you are ordering from Canada. Please check with your credit card provider for more information. We cannot accept personal checks or money orders.

Does FabKids charge sales tax?

That depends on where you live. Customers with a shipping address in California, Kentucky, or North Carolina will be subject to sales tax on purchases. Shipping addresses in other states will not be subject to sales tax.

What currencies do you support?

FabKids currently only supports USD due to currency fluctuations. Canadian customers will also be charged in USD. Please note your credit card company may charge you a foreign currency transaction fee if you are ordering from Canada. Please check with your credit card provider for more information.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

FabKids strives to provide superior customer service and a quality shipping experience to all of our members. That’s why shipping, returns, and exchanges are hassle-free. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of shipment for items in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.

If you are in the U.S., FabKids offers 3 return options: (1) return for FabKids membership or store credit; (2) exchange for another item; (3) return for a refund minus a $5.95 restocking fee. Return and handling for non-contiguous U.S. territories, including, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APOs, is $9.

If you are in Canada, FabKids offers 2 return options: (1) return for FabKids membership or store credit; (2) return for a refund minus a $5.95 restocking fee. At this time, we cannot provide return shipping labels to orders delivered to Canada and recommend using a local shipping carrier. In order to offer the highest level of service and mitigate any issues related to out of stock items, exchanges are not offered in Canada at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order. Please note: new orders are subject to standard shipping rates.

For returns from Canada, please call Member Services at 1-855-FAB-KIDS, 7 days a week, anytime between 9 am – 9 pm (Eastern). Member Services will create a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number that you can write down for your records. After speaking with Member Services, go to your Order History in your FabKids account and find the order you'd like to return. Click on "Print your return details” and print the form. This form should have the Order number and RMA number already filled in for you. Please prepare a package and include the completed form. Ship the package using a local shipping carrier to the following address:

CAN I CANCEL MY FABKIDS VIP MEMBERSHIP?

You may cancel your FabKids VIP Membership at any time. There is absolutely no cancellation fee. If you would like to continue receiving selections, then just skip the month by clicking Skip This Month in your Fabshop between the 1st and the 5th of the month. You won't be charged and no member credit will be generated for you. If you no longer want to skip the month, then call our Member Services Team at 1-855-FAB-KIDS 7 days a week, 9am - 9pm (Eastern) to cancel your VIP Membership.

What are all the different ways I can earn Reward Points?

1. Make a purchase! For every dollar you spend, you earn 2 points.
2. Tell us how much you love your recent purchase and write a review on the site. Earn 20 points for each review you write!

WHY HAVEN'T I BEEN RECEIVING MY FABKIDS EMAILS?

Sometimes email service providers, such as Gmail or Yahoo, filter emails into SPAM folders.

Here are 3 easy steps to fix this issue:
1. Go to your SPAM folder
2. Open a FabKids email
3. Click on the “NOT SPAM” button on the top of the web page
