Shipping and handling charges are based on your subtotal order amount, calculated after applicable discounts and before sales tax. Rates are calculated as follows:

Return & Exchange Policy

FabKids strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.

Return instructions for US and APO/FPO:
FabKids offers 3 easy and free return options: (1) return for FabKids membership or store credit; (2) exchange for another item; (3) return for full a refund*. Return shipping and handling for non-contiguous U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APOs, is $9.

Return instructions for Canada:
In order to offer the highest level of service and mitigate any issues related to out of stock items, exchanges are not offered in Canada at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the item and place a new order. Please note: new orders are subject to standard shipping rates.

For returns from Canada, please call Member Services anytime at 1-855-FAB-KIDS, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Member Services will create a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number that you can write down for your records. After speaking with Member Services, go to your Order History in your FabKids account and find the order you'd like to return. Click on "Print your return details” and print the form. This form should have the Order number and RMA number already filled in for you. Please prepare a package and include the completed form. Ship the package using a local shipping carrier to the following address:

Please note that any membership or store credit used to pay for an order will be returned in the same format and will not be eligible for a refund to a credit card.

*Rewards points associated with the purchase will be deducted from your account if you do choose a refund.

Shipping Your Return & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are easy! Just print your return label and return packing slip by visiting the Order History page under My Account. Then follow these steps:

All FabKids members who make a transaction utilizing their MasterCard on FabKids.com during the Promotion Period are eligible to receive a Reward Points Bonus. Reward Points Bonus is valued at One Thousand (1,000) Rewards points. Promotion Period is the first day of the month through the last day of the same month. Offer is only valid for FabKids members who utilize a MasterCard for their FabKids purchase. One Thousand (1,000) Rewards points will be added to member's account on or before the Fifteenth (15th) of the following month after MasterCard transaction takes place. (Ex. Member who makes a purchase utilizing their MasterCard on FabKids.com on 07/02/2017, will have One Thousand (1,000) loyalty points added to their account on or before 08/15/17 at 11:59 PM PST). Member is eligible to receive only one (1) One Thousand (1,000) Rewards Points Bonus per month. Cannot be applied to any previous FabKids.com purchase that was processed utilizing a MasterCard. FabKids is not accountable for point balance discrepancies in the event point balances have already been spent or expired. Credit billings that are processed on a MasterCard during the Promotion Period are not eligible for the Rewards Points Bonus; member must actively make a product purchase utilizing their MasterCard. Credits can be applied toward Eligible MasterCard Purchase. Eligible MasterCard Purchase would need to be at least $.01 and completed during the Promotion Period. Points expire one (1) year from when points were added to members account. Non-transferable. FabKids is not responsible for any fraudulent activity or use of card. Cannot be redeemed for cash.
